1 ON 1 TRAINING

Personalized training sessions that are tailored to your specific goals and needs to make you stronger every session.


PRE NATAL TRAINING

Train through your pregnancy to help maintain strength and mobility to prepare your body for birth. We will focus specifically on strengthening the core, pelvic floor, postural alignment, and mobility!


POST NATAL TRAINING

Personalized training sessions will focus on restoring your core, pelvic floor, & postural alignment to begin regaining strength postpartum. Training will build off of that foundation to strengthen your body as a whole.

Partner/Small Group Training

If you are someone that needs the extra accountability, wants a budget friendly option, or just enjoys working out with your friends, then partner training would be a great option for you.


Training Session Details

  • All sessions are 50 minutes

  • Online via video or in person at my home gym studio

  • Monthly programming available in conjunction with training sessions or independently
