About Me

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over seven years in varying fields. I started in the sports performance realm stemming from my experience as an athlete and coach. I pursued a degree in Kinesiology and started working at a physical therapy clinic as an exercise specialist where I helped start a personal training program to transition patients from PT.

I then moved to a corporate wellness setting as an exercise physiologist for an injury prevention program, and then pursued full time personal training/small group training at a boutique training gym in Seattle after that.

No matter what field I was working in, I have always had a drive to help people work toward the best version of themselves, not just physically but mentally as well. I started this business to focus on helping people find their strength and be confident in how powerful their body can be.

When I’m not training in the gym I enjoy spending time with my husband Davis and my dog Rip. We love to travel, eat lots of yummy food, and spend time with our family and friends.

My Training Approach

My goal as your coach is to provide personalized training programs that will help you gain overall strength and mobility that will get you closer to your goals. I have worked with clients from 5 years old all the way to 95, ranging from competitive athletes, pregnant and postpartum women, people recovering from injury, to your daily desk workers. I am here to help you live life with less pain and build a resilient body.

Whether your goal is to get stronger & feel more confident in your body, decrease pain in your day to day activities, or you just want to keep up with your kids. I want to help you get there!

I specialize in pre/post natal fitness and have a passion for helping as many women as I can have a strong and healthy pregnancy and postpartum experience. I have seen first hand working with so many moms that there is a lack of knowledge surrounding pre/post natal exercise and especially recovery from delivery. Just like training for a marathon it takes months of preparation to get your body ready for the big race, giving birth is no different in terms of training your body.

I want to help prepare your body for birth because it is one of the most physical and strenuous things your body will do. Training throughout your pregnancy will help ease the stress and fatigue pregnancy brings to your growing body. If you are a new mom, currently pregnant, or finished having kids years ago, I can empower you with the tools to increase strength, confidence, and knowledge throughout your pregnancy and how to restore and rebuild your body after birth.
